Armenians and Turkey
What I find most interesting about the whole Turkey denial thing is that I seem to recall that the immediate post WWI government prosecuted a whole bunch of people on the charges of systematically massacring Armenians. Oh well. Memories are short, nationalism is more fun than self reflection.
Someone also told me that many Cambodian children don't believe the Khmer Rouge existed. Don't know if it's true, but it would be fascinating if it is.
