Schumer and Alito
I was listening to Sen. Schumer and a few others go on and on at breakfast this morning about how, because Roe v. Wade was decided, no one should ever rule otherwise because it would be a break with precedent. Apparently it didn't occur to them that Roe v. Wade was a break with precedent.
I would be amused if I wasn't so annoyed.
