The congressmen argue that her association with the pro-abortion National Organization for Women Legal Defense and Education Fund disqualifies her as an impartial arbiter in such decisions.
The letter expressed grave concern over her endorsement of the feminist NOW movement. Her involvement extends to her establishment of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Distinguished Lecture Series.
