Death by a Thousand Regulations in California

A little look into why working a minute of your lunch break or not turning in your company radio before getting a sandwich is a firing offense in most companies. Not to mention the extra four weeks a year of leave you get if you're doing some kind of test tube baby situation and it's not working.

Trump being blamed for Muslim terrorists

One supposes His Excellency also blames Trump for the September 11th attacks, the Beiruit barracks bombings, and the Soviet conquest of the Baltic states.
On the evening of January 2, Archbishop Garcia-Siller returned to X, tweeting (8:59 PM), "Narcissism should NOT be celebrated. Humility, kindness & respect should be our identity. Forget about greatness, lies and stupidness. We should search for truth, honesty, and what is good and right. We don’t find this in our Government. One person does not represent who we are."

I think His Excellency may have forgotten who is running the government at the moment. Later he literally does blame the attacks on The Donald's campaign.

Had a little computer fire!

Woke up a few days to smoke in my office, no visible source of flames. After a lot of digging, found a computer with a funny smelling power supply that was rebooting a bunch ... needless to say that computer is no longer in service. I'm now looking at various fire suppression systems like The Cloud and Automatic Fire Stop to have something handy just in case. If I find the perfect product I'll update here, but probably will buy a few for redundancy.
